Relationships are never easy

Relationships are not easy. Ever.

Even being in one with the same guy for 10 years, you would think that I would have gotten the hang of it by now or at least the knack at handling certain situations etc. Let me tell you this, it just never gets easier.

That being said, it wasn't meant to scare you. It's all about hanging in there when things gets tough. Pick the right battles to fight.

It's reality. You bicker, fight and argue. Sometimes, one gives in. Sometimes, none does. But most importantly, remember to have and make good memories with each other.

NOt just simply watching movies or hanging out... have hobbies and do them together. Go hiking together. Do silly things together. Write them down. Take pictures of them.

So, when you argue and get tired of all the fighting and what not, take out your journal or notes, browse the pictures of good times because that's life - you'll have good times and bad times. And it's good to have some reminder why you fell in love with each other in the first place.

It's a journey... enjoy it.. savour it.. and don't forget the happy times you had and make sure you continue making more! =)
